Need an incentive? We have our ways of thanking our volunteers…

Free membership
  • Students – ETA = 10 qualified hours of volunteering* + volunteer orientation
  • 10 & Under – START = 16 qualified hours of volunteering + volunteer orientation
  • Over 30 – Passport = 16 qualified hours of volunteering + volunteer orientation
*Parents can help child earn ETA membership – will earn 2 qualified hours when parent & child work volunteer hours together; otherwise, students volunteering independently of parental supervision must be 10 years of age or older

Free entry to member events/Inside Arts & Culture sessions (must be a member)
  • 6 qualified volunteer hours = one free entry to one member event/IA&C session
How this works:
  • Number of volunteers engaged each quarter will be determined by the needs of the organization. If an opportunity is not available, potential volunteers will be placed on a waiting list.
  • Volunteers must commit to a set number of qualified hours in a quarter, which will be determined during the application process. Minimum number of hours corresponds to incentive of a free membership; commitment of additional hours (in blocks of six hours) will earn the volunteer the additional incentive of entry to a member event or one session of Inside Arts & Culture.
  • A volunteer orientation is required; this does NOT count toward a volunteer’s qualified hours.
  • Volunteers can request a specific opportunity, and are expected to fulfill the commitment hours for that opportunity. At the end of the commitment, volunteers will have the option to recommit for the same opportunity only if another volunteer is not on a waiting list for the opportunity.
  • Volunteer orientations will occur at the beginning of each quarter.
I have read the above and understand that if I volunteer for Enjoy the Arts, I will be expected to fulfill a minimum number of qualified hours before I receive my free membership and/or free entry to member/IA&C events.
